State subsidy and rental prices
Mattress rental with the state subsidy
A pressure ulcer mattress can be rented with a state subsidy. With the subsidy, the rental fee is 18.5 euros per month. The rest is paid by the Social Insurance Board (SKA). Without the subsidy, the rental fee is 95 euros per month (including VAT). Delivery costs 35 euros.
How to get the SKA subsidy
To receive the 90% subsidy from the Social Insurance Board (SKA), you need an assistive device certificate from a person who is authorised to issue it (a family doctor, specialist doctor, nurse, physiotherapist or another competent specialist). Then contact us so that we can draw up the rental agreement. To obtain the subsidy, we register the details in the SKA information system, after which we can deliver the mattress to the person who needs it.
If paying the personal contribution is difficult, it is possible to apply for an additional subsidy through SKA under a special procedure. Please contact us for more information.
Can mattresses be rented short term?
Yes, our mattresses can also be rented short term, for example during rehabilitation or to cover a temporary care need. The length and terms of the rental can be adjusted to your needs. For more information, contact us.
Can a mattress be bought?
In exceptional cases, when it turns out that the person needs the mattress for a longer period, it can also be bought with SKA support.
Care bed rental
